Overview A leading industrial services and supply organization specializing in industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding, safety, and process solutions. Serving customers across manufacturing, construction, healthcare, energy, food production, and distribution. The company operates a large national distribution network. We are growing and looking for a Business Development Representative. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory Build relationships with decision-makers across industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial accounts Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations Prepare proposals, pricing, and customer agreements Collaborate internally to ensure successful onboarding and customer support Maintain pipeline activity, reporting, and CRM updates Monitor market trends and competitive activity Travel locally throughout the region to support client development efforts Ideal Background 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience Strong hunter mentality with proven business development success Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, commercial, healthcare, or technical environments preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently within a territory-based role Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Benefits Strong company culture Competitive compensation package – base + bonus Comprehensive employer-paid benefits package Professional development and growth opportunities Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
