As a Senior Client Executive, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them reduce costs, streamline operations, and grow their businesses through industry-leading payment processing and POS solutions. This is a highly visible, field-based sales role designed for driven professionals who excel at prospecting, networking, and closing business.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting, networking, referrals, and face-to-face business development.
\n
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers through consultative sales conversations.
\n
• Present customized payment processing and POS solutions that address client needs and improve operational efficiencies.
\n
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM management.
\n
• Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community.
\n
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
\n
• Guide merchants through the application, onboarding, and implementation process.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
\n
• Serve as a payment technology expert and trusted resource for clients.
\n
• Mentor and share best practices with newer sales team members.
\n
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
\n

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

\n
• 3-5 years of recent B2B outside sales experience in merchant services, payments, POS sales, Payroll, or HCM sales.
\n
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
\n
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing skills.
\n
• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
\n
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales territory.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
\n
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Merchant services, payment processing, fintech, banking, or financial services experience.
\n
• Experience developing referral partnerships and strategic business relationships.
\n
• Previous mentoring, coaching, or sales leadership experience.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Salary range of $40,000-50,000 with uncapped commission structure for earning potential of $150,000-200,000!
