This role focuses on servicing commercial auto and property insurance policyholders in a growing agency environment, with no sales or commission requirements. You will support existing customers through phone and email, handle a mix of licensed and non-licensed insurance activities, and help ensure policies remain accurate, compliant, and up to date. Essential Skills

• Experience as a customer service representative, ideally within an insurance or call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to manage billing questions, missed payments, renewals, and onboarding of new policies with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stable work history, showing commitment and reliability in previous positions.

Work Environment

This role is based in a downtown office in Omaha, offering a hybrid work structure once training is complete.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
