Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history, ensuring a thorough understanding of their strengths and challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

• Educate and support clients’ families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Collaborate with treatment team members, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal therapist for this role will work primarily with pre-screened, stable clients exhibiting low acuity needs. You will engage with a varied demographic, focusing on adolescents and young adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC, demonstrating your qualifications to practice clinical therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated history of conducting telehealth therapy sessions, particularly with adolescents and young adults.

• Advanced proficiency in navigating technology, with experience in tools such as Google Suite and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
