Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Assess clients’ psychological and relational needs through comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans that adhere to their unique circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based practices to help clients set and achieve their therapeutic goals, addressing issues such as communication skills, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

• Document treatment progress diligently in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders involved in the patient’s care.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and integrative care for complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
