Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of critical tasks aimed at enhancing the mental health of your clients. These tasks involve:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to accurately identify treatment needs and establish effective treatment goals.

• Facilitating individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues.

• Performing mental health screenings to detect co-occurring disorders and formulate integrated treatment plans.

• Building strong, supportive relationships with clients, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.

• Listening to clients’ aspirations and challenges, assessing their progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Documenting all therapy sessions comprehensively, utilizing our electronic health record system to track patient outcomes and treatment efficacy.

• Contributing to practice initiatives, participating in team meetings, and collaborating on outreach programs that promote mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with a diverse range of patients managing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your approach will focus on delivering culturally competent care, respecting each client's background while tailoring therapy techniques to their specific circumstances and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in one of the following fields: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW). Candidates must also possess an active license in at least one of these areas.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a mental health setting with individuals facing a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in individual and group therapy, particularly with clients suffering from co-occurring disorders or substance abuse issues.

• Proficient understanding of counseling theories, therapeutic models, and clinical best practices.

• Familiarity with contemporary issues and methodologies within family and individual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
