Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessment findings, tailored to the specific challenges and goals of each client.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices where applicable.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while supporting quality care delivery.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and maximize client outcomes.

• Engage in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations that reflect a client-centered approach.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning measures.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health care and substance abuse treatment to integrate current best practices into clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health disorders and substance use issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
