Territory Manager, CPT - Jacksonville, FL

Abbott seeks a Territory Manager for its Neuromodulation business in Jacksonville, FL to drive sales strategy and market penetration of implantable pain management therapies. The role involves building physician relationships, generating patient referrals, managing territory operations, and mentoring sales staff in a geographically diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase referrals and overcome adoption barriers for Abbott therapies
• Build trust and relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, and customers in accounts
• Generate sales revenue through initiatives targeting eligible patient referrals
• Train and mentor new Territory Managers
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends; manage consigned inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and work experience
• 8+ years of medical device sales experience
• 4+ years of neuromodulation industry experience
• Regular travel within assigned territory and flexible, unpredictable schedule
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
