Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and families, facilitating appropriate referrals to community resources and services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, using a strong knowledge base in areas such as substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and mental health disorders.

• Educate team members on clients' specific psychosocial needs and stressors, collaborating to strengthen case outcomes.

• Document all patient interactions accurately, ensuring comprehensive medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical notes are maintained in line with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Strong experience—minimum of one year—in providing counseling services to a diverse population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
