About the Role:

JGI is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Billing Assistant to join our team in Passaic, NJ. This is a supportive role starting at 10 hours per week, designed to help process routine transactions and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain data across internal systems and databases
• Process and review billing statements, invoices, and payment records
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or billing errors in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation
• Organize and file digital and physical records for easy retrieval
• Communicate with internal teams to verify billing information and resolve issues
• Generate basic reports and summaries as needed by management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in data entry, billing, or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets functions)
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule
• Prior experience working with billing or ERP software (experience with systems like Sage 100, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a strong plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
