Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's mental health and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and substance misuse. By providing accessible telehealth services, you will meet clients where they are, in their homes, facilitating a more approachable and less intimidating therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
