Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL, for a Customer Operations Specialist. The role includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving support requests, and ensuring efficient handling of customer concerns. The Customer Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer experience and satisfaction, providing timely updates, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer data to improve service quality and operational processes.
