Exempt: Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Non-Exempt: Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese, you will support restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure guests experience exceptional service. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, cost control, and maintaining cleanliness and product quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support, while upholding company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating expectations to the team. Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high‑quality guest service and safety. Exercise good business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at age permitted by local law for activities such as selling, ringing up, checking identification, and serving alcohol). Must have a high‑school diploma or GED; college degree preferred. Minimum of two years of management experience in food service or a proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during the scheduled shift. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push or pull, walk, and squat during the scheduled shift. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non‑weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions.
