They are currently seeking a compassionate RN Care Manager who brings a servant-leadership mindset to their work. This role is centered on care coordination for medically complex patients and their families in a field-based environment, throughout the greater Austin metro.

No two days look the same, your office might be your car, a patient’s home, or a provider visit. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, can confidently navigate complex situations, and values building meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
