What You'll Do

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

• Greet and check-in clients, visitors, and vendors

• Manage and maintain the reception area, including tidiness and organization

• Coordinate and prepare meeting spaces, materials, and equipment

• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar management

• Basic knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
