Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to individuals experiencing severe mental health issues through assessments, therapy sessions, and care planning.

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring engagement and adherence to treatment plans.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for more comprehensive assessments when required, in adherence to established guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
