Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients opting for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.

Our clientele consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Texas as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
