Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, efficiently formulating clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in delivering individual, group, and family therapy. This includes but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored specifically to client goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients encountering acute mental health challenges, ensuring swift and effective responses.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
