Work Environment\n

This role is conducted entirely through a telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients remotely while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home environment. Our practice recognizes the importance of work-life balance, promoting a healthy schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. As part of a pioneering telehealth practice, you will leverage technology to deliver comprehensive mental health services effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and craft tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and others to provide effective counseling services.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, addressing common mental health issues while fostering a sense of community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a diverse team of professionals to coordinate holistic care and improve patient outcomes.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services to assist individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies with compassion and expertise.
\n
• Engage in educating patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to foster ongoing learning and improvement.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques, research, and developments in the mental health field to provide the best possible care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
