Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to create a sense of community, helping to address common mental health issues while fostering peer support.

• Collaborate with team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, sharing insights and coordinating treatment strategies effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation strategies and support mechanisms.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of patient interactions in adherence with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to enhance both personal and team growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques, with a focus on individual and group therapy.

• Proven capability in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong judgment, ethical standards, and commitment to professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with various computer applications to manage patient documentation efficiently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment, sharing insights and contributing to collective patient care goals.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
