Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and preferences, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or person-centered therapy.

• Set clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress regularly to ensure effectiveness in treatment.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions due to access challenges or personal convenience.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to enhance professional development and share insights on therapeutic approaches.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , dependent on your caseload and experience. In addition to salary, we provide:
