Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify and understand clients' mental health issues, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans that promote healing and resilience.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy, depending on the individual client’s needs.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to ensure access to mental health support for those who prefer virtual care or face barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and sessions to comply with ethical standards and support comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must hold the following qualifications:
