Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to ascertain their mental health status, identifying immediate concerns and long-term therapeutic needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on clinical findings and best practices, ensuring alignment with clients' goals.

• Provide regular one-on-one sessions and group therapy discussions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to empower clients and facilitate meaningful progress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and care plans via our electronic health records (EHR) system, adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.

• Establish strong rapport with clients and provide critical resources by coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and support groups, when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and continuing education opportunities to enhance therapeutic capabilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our counseling team, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in diverse therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention, ensuring client safety while addressing their immediate needs effectively.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold ethical guidelines, and respect client confidentiality throughout the therapeutic process.
