Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs, using standardized assessment tools where appropriate.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessments, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide a diverse range of therapy services, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that all techniques are tailored to clients’ specific circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care, addressing all aspects of their well-being.

• Respond swiftly and compassionately to emergencies, providing crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their immediate safety and stability.

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes children, adults, families, and groups confronting various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this role.
