Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, utilizing structured interviews, standardized tools, and clinical judgment to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open communication and healing.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic strategies.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal and ethical standards for health information privacy.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic proficiency.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience post-licensure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
