This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional and supportive atmosphere. Our outpatient office, located in Murfreesboro, serves as the hub for collaborative meetings and training opportunities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health concerns. Formulate clinical diagnoses and develop detailed, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities that align with the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective care.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources. Act as an advocate for clients’ rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population in various stages of mental health needs, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is integral in supporting the overall well-being of individuals in the community.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
\n
• A minimum of two years of related professional experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
