Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies for lasting positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, many of whom may have limited access to mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
