Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough interviews to evaluate mental, behavioral, and emotional health, documenting each phase from intake through treatment completion.

• Develop comprehensive intervention and recovery plans tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing best practice methodologies in psychotherapy.
\n
• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual therapy sessions and structured group therapy that encourage open dialogue and healing.
\n
• Monitor client progress in accordance with treatment plans, utilizing tools and metrics to assess effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, nurses, and social workers to create integrated intervention plans that address complex client needs.
\n
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals for clients requiring inpatient care, ensuring a continuum of support and follow-up.
\n
• Identify obstacles to recovery and implement strategies to mitigate these challenges, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction disorders. Our aim is to empower clients through comprehensive care and long-term support systems, fostering resilience and stability within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and documentation.
\n
• Empathetic interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and their families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a mental health counselor.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR, with a strong grasp of documentation standards.

• Experience working with clients experiencing co-occurring disorders and managing complex cases.
\n
• Keen familiarity with the best practices outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
\n
• An understanding of the psychological effects of medications prescribed by other healthcare practitioners.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
