Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to deliver meaningful, client-centered therapy that fosters personal growth and health.

• Develop and implement therapeutic goals, helping clients set clear objectives and track their progress through regular assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work with Stronger Together Counseling will focus on providing mental health support to a low-acuity client base who may face barriers in accessing traditional therapy. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and life situations, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact on diverse communities. Your role will be essential in breaking down stigma associated with mental health challenges, providing much-needed support to individuals seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid Tennessee licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote counseling capacity, utilizing technology to connect with clients.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices pertinent to various client diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
