Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of patients. This includes identifying symptoms, analyzing patient history, and working closely with families to inform treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, adjusting strategies as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support measures.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops focused on thematic topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and self-care to promote well-being among participants.

• Collaborate with allied health professionals within the clinic and local community organizations to deliver integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed.

• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, developing programs that promote early intervention and seeking help initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults who face a variety of mental health concerns. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, empowering them to navigate their challenges and facilitating pathways to recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A strong understanding of the range of mental health issues affecting patients in a community setting, along with the ability to adapt treatment approaches accordingly.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective patient engagement and seamless collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
