Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patients during video therapy sessions, using structured interviews and validated psychometric tools to gather essential information.

  Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and compile relevant medical histories, summarizing examination findings that inform treatment plans.

  Design and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and circumstances; regularly review and adjust plans based on therapeutic progress.

  Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or solution-focused therapy, adapted to the specific challenges presented by each patient.

  Maintain meticulous, confidential records of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing education and training in the latest evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse array of patients who come from various backgrounds and present with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Our clients arelooking for compassionate, empathetic support as they navigate their mental health journeys. As you build therapeutic relationships, you will work closely with each patient to develop trust and understand their individual goals for therapy.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

  A valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW is required.

  Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills, both in writing and verbally, are essential for effective patient engagement.

  Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with electronic clinical systems for documenting patient interactions.

  Commitment to ongoing education, staying current with best practices and innovations in the psychosocial field.

Preferred Experience\n

  Two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year. In addition, successful candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
