Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and evidence-based mental health services to clients with diverse mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs, ensuring an accurate understanding of their mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are culturally competent and responsive to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical assessments and feedback from patients and healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, connecting them to community resources as needed.

• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and legal regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, particularly in a detox or substance use treatment setting.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans based on clinical evidence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with a diverse patient population and collaborate with other healthcare providers.

• Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and other digital tools for documentation and patient management.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health conditions and the treatment landscape, particularly in relation to substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
