Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide bilingual psychotherapy services in both Spanish and English, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in sessions.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health concerns, including trauma, grief, and perinatal mental health.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with community resources and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse demographic of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. You will be expected to demonstrate respect and sensitivity to each family's unique cultural needs and customs, customizing your therapeutic approach to best resonate with their experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid, active LMFT license, free from restrictions.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children and families.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.

• A valid driver's license and current car insurance for potential in-person sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our team.
