Work Environment\n

Our counselors operate in a remote outpatient setting, allowing for a harmonious work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative team. You will connect with clients virtually, helping them overcome mental health challenges from the comfort of their own homes. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing consistent availability for sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring ongoing documentation is compliant with company policy.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide exceptional customer service during each client interaction and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to amplify our mission of enhancing mental health access.

• Employ innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to enable clients to reach and surpass their mental health goals.

• Complete documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes for each session, adhering to Mind Bliss standards.

• Coordinate care with various stakeholders such as case managers, schools, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Understanding and responding effectively to a variety of cultural backgrounds and experiences is crucial in providing the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Strong foundation in family therapy services, coupled with familiarity with community resources.

• Experience in mental health documentation, including completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the capability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Ability to work with a diverse client base and a commitment to inclusivity and cultural competency.

• Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings, especially in telehealth services, is highly desirable.

• The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
