Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address client concerns effectively.

• Facilitate couples counseling sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics and communication patterns.

• Engage in family therapy to support family units experiencing complex interpersonal issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating clients’ goals and the therapeutic process to ensure progress.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders, applying psychometric assessments and clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, and your role will encompass understanding their unique experiences and helping them build resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
