Experience Requirement:Preferred 2 years, not required

Target Compensation:starting base salary to $220,000 plus an incentive bonus of 4% of their annually generated net charges.

Retirement Program:401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with eligibility after one year, a 3% Safe Harbor Non-elective employer contribution, plus a discretionary profit-sharing contribution each year

Other Benefits: Health Insurance, vision coverage, life insurance, dental insurance, and long-term disability insurance, $1,500 allowance for CME/Seminar Expenses per year, fifteen (15) days paid time off, and six (6) paid holidays.

Support Staff: Full time OD's usually work with one (1) dedicated COA team coordinator to assist as their scribe and two work-up technicians

Hospital Call:Yes, four times per year

MDs on Staff:Fourteen (14) total MD's – 3 Retina, 1 Cornea, 2 Glaucoma, 1 Oculofacial Plastics, 1 Refractive Surgeon, 6 Comprehensive Ophthalmologists

ODs on Staff:One (1)

Partners:Thirteen (13) MD partners

Refractive Surgery - Lasik:Offered

Laser - O.R.:Yes, offered at Eye Surgery Center, FEMTO
