Contract Administrator

Responsibilities (This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote) Join a dynamic organization driven by our passion for healthcare. The UHS Corporate Legal Department is hiring a Contract Administrator with the primary responsibility of preparation of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Vendor Contracts and Leases. Key Responsibilities include: Complete timely contract review, analysis, and drafting of vendor contracts, leases, education affiliation, IT, managed care, foster care and other professional agreements as requested Analyze all clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities to ensure the best interest of UHS and its facilities. Serve as the liaison between UHS facilities and the facility vendors in the negotiation of contracts and such other responsibilities as assigned. Complete timely review, analysis, and drafting of Business Associate Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum 1-3 years' of contract negotiation and preparation experience and a basic understanding of the legal implications of contract provisions.
