Coordinator, Relationship Manager in Music Industry!

- 6 month contract (start ASAP!)
- 4 days onsite in Miami + remote on Friday
- 37.5-40hrs/week
- $27/hr on W2

*Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. No C2C!!

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Request product assets and information from label and artist clients
\n
• Organize projects and follow up on missing items to keep deliveries on schedule
\n
• Liaise between internal departments and labels as needed
\n
• Manage documentation for potential conflicts and copyright claims
\n
• Help fulfill direct requests for specific track and song information
\n
• Support day-to-day operational needs and requests to ensure successful DSP deliveries, troubleshooting as issues come up
\n
• Help pull data and organize reports

Who You Are

\n

\n
• Have some years of experience in media and/or administrative roles
\n
• Work well independently
\n
• Are available outside regular business hours when urgent matters arise
\n
• Enjoy a fast-paced but casual environment
\n
• Are detail oriented and can juggle multiple projects at once
\n
• Are extremely organized with strong communication skills
\n
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
