Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Many clients may come from diverse cultural backgrounds and have unique interpersonal challenges. Your role will involve developing a trusting relationship with clients, understanding their lived experiences, and utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with them on a personal level.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your level of experience and expertise.
