What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to high-acuity newborns in a Level III NICU
• Manage and support care for infants requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Conduct neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Support care continuity from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in structured shift schedules, including extended coverage
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care in a community-focused hospital

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Prior neonatal, pediatric, or critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
