Location: Fort Collins, CO


Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

A local engineering firm is seeking a detail-orientated Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, stays highly organized, and has strong attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and electronic payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare routine reports
• Assist with payroll, support audits, and communicate on billing questions

What We're Looking For:

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
