Dual Role: Front Desk Receptionist And Insurance Coordinator

This role is a dual role, operating as a Front Desk Receptionist and an Insurance Coordinator. As a clinic receptionist your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized. As an insurance coordinator you will bridge the gap between patients, insurance providers, and the dental clinical team, all while ensuring a warm, positive patient experience.

A few specific duties:

• Patient scheduling and confirmation
• Dental health records
• Maintaining patient accounts
• Insurance eligibility and coordination
• Direct customer service
• General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2 years of office experience desired
• Legible handwriting
• Basic computer skills
