As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Coordinator who is passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting the success of our team.

This is a highly visible role that partners with leadership, accounting, customer service, and operations to ensure the business runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations by coordinating across multiple departments
• Monitor revenue, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and revenue analysis
• Manage billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Prepare reports and provide operational support to leadership
• Help ensure the business continues to deliver a best-in-class customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of operations, project coordination, or business support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with revenue reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Understanding of operational metrics and KPIs
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or a related industry is preferred
