Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with students from the comfort of your home while utilizing technology to provide effective therapy sessions. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with school staff and teachers, bridging the gap between mental health care and educational success. Your primary working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to students experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health, emotional health, and behavioral issues to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Develop evidence-based intervention strategies that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each student’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student mental health care.

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Engage with families, providing education on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance support networks.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of practice, ensuring informed consent is obtained and upheld.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who may be facing emotional, social, or behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing mental health services in a clinical or school setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
