Target Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 900 field employees across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with union and Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
• Audit, validate, and maintain payroll data while supporting reporting and tracking through Excel
• Partner with HR and operations teams to resolve payroll issues and support ongoing HRIS improvements

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

• Payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience working with union payroll and/or Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems; Vista Viewpoint and Arcoro experience is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent payroll experience will be considered
