If you enjoy forming long-lasting connections join our Front Desk team.As our Full-time Front Desk Attendant, we'll count on you to create an exceptional first impression and luxury experience for all our guestsWhat You'll DoAs a Front Desk Attendant, you will:Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in confirming guest information, verifying room rate, selecting room, coding electronic keys, providing welcome packet, and providing directions to room.Provide detailed and accurate information in person or over the phone regarding hotel policies, services, amenities, and special promotions.Assist guests with check-out ensuring room and services are correctly accounted and process payments and post charges to guest accounts.Balance all cash, credit card, and check transactions at the end of each shift.Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints and communicate outstanding issues that require additional monitoring or follow-up to management in a timely manner.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room counts, room status, maintenance issues, and special requests.What it TakesAge requirement of 21+ requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceAt least 1 year of customer service experience preferredPositive and upbeat personalityStrong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidaysWhat You'll ReceiveAt Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
