Work Environment\n

This role primarily operates in a virtual setting, eliminating the need for a daily commute while maintaining the ability to meet with clients in person at our outpatient facilities as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to craft tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate holistic care and improve client outcomes.

• Accurately maintain clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
