Position Type: Full Time

Shifts Available : Leadership Schedule

Rate of Pay: $115,000 to $125,000

What You’ll Be Doing:  

The RN VP of Nursing Services is responsible for working in concert with the Chief Executive Officer and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care per current Federal, State, and facilities standards, guidelines, and regulations. In the absence of the Chief Clinical Officer, the RN VP of Nursing Services assumes the responsibility for center operations. The RN VP of Nursing Services conducts the nursing process - assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - under the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure scope.

Requirements:  

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing, preferred.

Licenses/Certification: Current license as Registered Nurse in the State of practice and/ or has an active compact license in accordance with law and regulations.

Experience:  Five years in hospital health care experience preferred; At least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience required.
