Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, leveraging diagnostic tools and interview techniques.

• Provide evidence-based counseling to individuals and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to foster resilience and positive outcomes.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety plans, to address urgent client needs in real-time.

• Work closely with community organizations and service providers to coordinate comprehensive care, advocating for client access to necessary resources and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with adults and families experiencing significant life challenges, including but not limited to, mental health issues, homelessness, domestic violence, and substance abuse. By understanding the unique experiences of each client, you will tailor your interventions to address their immediate needs while also working towards sustainable long-term improvements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
