Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. While you can conduct many activities through telemedicine, you may also engage in in-person consultations as needed. Our community health clinic in Anaheim, California, is designed for modern practices, ensuring that our workspaces are comfortable and equipped with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health status using recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Develop individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and cater to the unique needs of our patient population.

  Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies to support their mental health diagnoses.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to create a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with their needs and desired outcomes, ensuring their active participation in the process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
